CHRISTELLE CORDAHI

Registered Dietitian

Christelle Cordahi is a registered dietitian (RD) and an active member of Dietitians of Canada (DC) and of Ordre des diététistes nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ). She graduated from Université Saint Joseph with a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and dietetics and holds a master’s degree in nutrition from the American University of Beirut, where she conducted extensive research focusing mainly on the impact of the Mediterranean diet on metabolic syndrome and the effects of hedonic eating on appetite hormones. Subsequently, she obtained a diploma equivalency from the Faculty of Medicine at Université de Montréal in Quebec, Canada.

After running a successful private practice in Beirut, Lebanon, Christelle joined NutriSimple, the largest network of dietitians-nutritionists in Quebec, Canada, where she gained tremendous clinical experience and learned to handle different nutrition-related cases with the utmost professionalism to fit Canadian standards. In her 12+ year career as a clinical dietitian, she developed a particular interest in weight management, hormonal imbalance, and cardiovascular disease prevention. She also specialized in gastrointestinal (GI) health and nutrition to help relieve and manage symptoms of numerous GI disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).

With thorough knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy, she had the privilege to sit on the Professional Practice Committee of the ODNQ in Montreal, Quebec, to work on setting best practices for the profession provincewide.

Christelle participated in many media interviews throughout her career, including a guest appearance on the talk show The Doctors. She also co-hosted the TV show Youth Clinic on Rotana alongside other renowned health practitioners in the MENA region.
