Dr. Leandro Pellarin is a distinguished plastic surgeon who graduated from the Medical School of the University of Sao Paulo (USP), Brazil’s premier medical institution. Following his six-year medical education, he completed a two-year residency in General Surgery at the Clinics Hospital of the University of Sao Paulo, the largest and most prestigious hospital in Brazil.

With a clear vocation for plastic surgery, Dr. Pellarin directed his training towards this specialty. He excelled in the highly competitive selection process, emerging as the top candidate for the three-year Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency Program at the Clinics Hospital of USP, recognized as the best program of its kind in Brazil.

After his residency, Dr. Pellarin served as a Medical Preceptor for a year, organizing the residency program and mentoring resident doctors in plastic surgery. His interest in challenging cases and meticulous attention to detail led him to specialize in Reconstructive Facial and Nasal Plastic Surgery, focusing on oncological and trauma cases. This expertise naturally extended to Aesthetic Facial Plastic Surgery, where precision and an eye for balance are crucial.

Upon completing his preceptorship, Dr. Pellarin joined the team of a renowned Brazilian plastic surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation. For five years, he honed his skills in Secondary or Revisional Rhinoplasty, primary rhinoplasty, surgeries to correct breathing issues, and facial rejuvenation, alongside his private practice. His commitment to excellence took him to prestigious institutions like the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York, and centers in Los Angeles and Chicago.

In 2011, Dr. Pellarin established his private clinic, “Clinic of Plastic Surgery – Leandro Pellarin,” in Sao Paulo, where he focuses exclusively on Secondary or Revision Rhinoplasty, Primary Rhinoplasty, surgeries for respiratory corrections, and facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Pellarin is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Rhinology at the Federal University of Sao Paulo, expected to be completed in June 2024. His dedication to rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery has earned him recognition as one of Brazil’s leading plastic surgeons. He frequently lectures and performs live surgeries for educational purposes at international courses.

Dr. Pellarin holds memberships in several esteemed organizations, including the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery, where he serves as Vice President of the Brazilian Society of Rhinoplasty. He is also affiliated with the Brazilian Association of Head and Neck Surgery, the International Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
