Dr. Samar Khalil

Dr. Samar Khalil obtained her Medical Doctorate from the American University of Beirut in 2016. She went on to pursue her dermatology residency training at the American University of Beirut medical center with an emphasis on general dermatology, dermatopathology, dermatologic surgery and basic science. During her training years, she completed several dermatology electives abroad (Austria, Vienna; Washington DC, USA; Rio de Janeiro; Brazil) and was exposed to a variety of dermatological conditions and cosmetic procedures. She has also completed additional clinical training in dermatology.

She has been elected as a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha society which recognizes a physician’s dedication to the profession and art of healing. She has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals and she was one of the winners of the Fellowship and Residency Research Program at the American University of Beirut. She also holds a provisional patent from the USA for a combination cream for the treatment of Ichthyosis, pending full patent approval.

Dr. Samar Khalil is a Physician – Specialist – Dermatology providing assessment, diagnosis, and management of dermatological conditions. She provides dermatology consultations and treatment planning based on individual clinical assessment.
